Sometimes it's hard to put into words what we feel,
we just know that something isn't right. That there are days when getting out of bed feels like a struggle, moments when anxiety becomes unbearable, relationships that keep repeating and leave us empty, or a sadness that appears without warning and turns everything grey.
Maybe you’ve been trying to figure out what’s going on, or maybe you already know… but don’t know how to get out of it. Sometimes it’s the body that speaks: insomnia, tension, digestive issues, physical pain without a clear medical cause. Other times, it’s the mind that won’t stop, the guilt that lingers, the constant feeling of not being enough.
Therapy is not just a place to talk about what hurts. It’s a space to reflect on yourself, listen to yourself, and begin to inhabit yourself in a new way. It’s a time that’s just for you, with no judgment, no demands, no rush. Just presence, listening, and questions that open up new paths.
Throughout the process, we’ll begin to make sense of what now feels like “just” a symptom. We’ll explore your story, your relationships, your emotions, and the strategies that — even if they no longer work — once helped you survive.

How does online therapy work?
More and more of us are choosing the online format to care for our inner world. Life itself has become more fluid, more nomadic, more hybrid. Wherever you are, you may find an intimate and safe space from which to begin a process of self-discovery and transformation.
Online therapy is simply another way of meeting. Through the screen, with sustained presence and the power of words, a real and deep bond can emerge — one that can hold what hurts, what unsettles you, or what you haven't yet found a way to say. Beyond the physical space, what truly matters is that you can be listened to — with time, attention, and without judgment.
Virtuality doesn’t lessen the depth of the process. On the contrary, many people find in this format a more flexible, accessible, and sometimes even freer way to express what they feel.
All you need is a quiet space, an internet connection, and that desire — sometimes quiet, sometimes urgent — to start looking inward. The structure is simple: we agree on a time, we meet by video call, and from there, step by step, we begin the journey inward.

Spaces to look through
An intimate space to pause, listen to yourself, and understand your story.
A place from which to begin inhabiting yourself with more awareness, tending to what hurts, and giving shape to what still has no words. A path that can also help you relate differently — with more calm, clarity, and presence in your relationships.
Sometimes, what we go through can't be fully thought through alone. Family therapy offers a shared space where each voice can be heard, and where relationships shift from being a source of tension to becoming a space of possibility. Together, we’ll work to untangle relational patterns that cause distress, to restore mutual recognition, and to strengthen communication.
Every relationship goes through moments of distance, misalignment, or confusion.
Couples therapy offers a space to understand what moves between the two, how certain dynamics are built, and what each person needs in order to meet again— from a more conscious, less reactive, more open place.

How will we work?
When you decide to take the step and begin your online therapy process, all you need to do is write to me through the contact form or by email.
Before our first session, we’ll have a brief phone call so you can share what brings you to therapy, what you need at this moment, and so we can both see if this space feels right for you. I’ll also ask about your availability to schedule the sessions — which, at the beginning, will take place weekly — and you'll be free to ask me any questions you may have.
After the first sessions, we’ll begin to build a flexible yet consistent therapeutic frame that adapts to your process. Each session will be a space to give words to what hurts, what feels unsettling, or what hasn't yet found its place. It will also be a space to discover what you still don’t know about yourself, to open questions, and to unfold new meanings around what today may seem like a symptom, a blockage, or a repetition.
I work from a place of deep listening — without judgment or fixed answers — respecting your pace and your uniqueness. There’s no pre-written path, only a space where something new can begin to emerge.
